Well established Registered Investment Advisory firm in SW Gainesville looking for a Client Service Admin/Operations Specialist in our Gainesville, FL Office. Experience working in the financial industry preferred but not required. Looking for someone with strong customer service skills and an eye to detail. Position entails on-boarding new clients, relationship support to existing clients, working with Advisors on a team, answering client calls, greeting office guests and general office responsibilities like ordering supplies etc. Position requires ability to learn industry specific software, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
