Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. develops individualized wealth management financial plans and recommendations to help clients attain financial goals by selecting investment solutions to minimize risk and grow wealth. Uses broad knowledge of investment products to educate clients on available investment options and create planning scenarios for retirement, education savings, and other financial objectives. Being a Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. keeps abreast of economic conditions and new financial products to inform and advise clients on potential enhancements to existing financial plans and create up-sell opportunities. Monitors client portfolios to ensure appropriate risk profile. Additionally, Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. May be involved with selling or coordinating the purchase of additional financial products or services to clients. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent. Typically has the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Typically reports to a manager. The Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. To be a Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. typically requires 7+ years of related experience.     Who We Want

    The role of the Client Service Associate is to assist team members in ensuring every aspect of client accounts is accurately and properly opened and maintained. This role will provide ongoing service and support to Client Service Managers and Advisors by providing service that exceeds expectations. This includes determining what actions need to be completed to open new accounts and perform maintenance on existing client accounts on an accurate and timely basis. Coordination of projects, training, and ongoing development of improved office procedures is also required. The Client Service Associate must be able to manage multiple tasks at a time while maintaining professional poise and courtesy to clients and internal stakeholders.

    What To Expect

    • Primary processor of new accounts and account maintenance requests from Advisors
    • Professionally provides primary point of contact with our custodians and clients
    • Service client needs and requirements as determined through Client Service Manager coordination
    • Assist in developing annual client review materials
    • Maintain accurate and complete client information in the database
    • Interact with the Client Service team on all case requirements and follow-up
    • Develop and maintain written procedures of all activities
    • Attend all training and information-sharing meetings scheduled for the Service team
    • Adhere to all company and industry supervisory guidelines and policies
    • Other duties as assigned

    What You Need

    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook required
    • Knowledge of Financial Advisor office tools (i.e. Orion, SalesForce, etc.) preferred
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

    • A genuine interest in the financial services industry
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills

    Preferred Education and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or similar field preferred or commensurate career experience
    • 2-3 years of experience working in a professional office environment preferred
    • 3 years of experience in the financial industry preferred

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $48,000.00 - $63,000.00 per year
