Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-
Create strategic and operational plans for the Salesforce platform to provide solutions that align to the strategies and needs of each department, leveraging common, scalable solutions where possible.

Keep up with Salesforce platform capabilities, as well as extended capabilities in its AppExchange, to identify opportunities where to apply to business needs.

Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify product, business, and functional requirements based on specific use cases and user journeys.

Lead the prioritization of business requests, gathering requirements from business partners, writing user stories, participating in pre/post release testing, and managing the end-to-end implementation and roll out plan.

Define and execute adoption strategies to maximize the return on investment of the Salesforce platform, working with the COO and other relevant business partners to support operational readiness and change management activities to launch new or improved features.

Lead or support development of product design to build intuitive and valuable experiences to address user needs.

Maintain running product backlog and track bug fixes.

Develop documentation and training materials to ensure full understanding and use of Salesforce for the business users.

Lead training across firm but may rely on department leads and managers for more detailed, specific, or ongoing training. Responsible for ensuring all users are given adequate training.
Qualifications for this position:

Minimum bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum Salesforce Administrator Certification required.

5 years in RIA/wealth management industry, focusing on processes, workflows, and a broader understanding of interdependency of teams.

Ability to develop a clear strategy and roadmap aligned with multiple stakeholders and their business areas.
-
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization effectively and persuasively.
-
Strong desire to lead and champion change across organizations both internally and with vendors.
-
Solid strategic thinker, problem solver and decision maker.
-
Demonstrated ability to drive execution and results.
-
Team player, able to work well with all levels of the firm.

Adaptability and flexibility are required.
