Being a Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. keeps abreast of economic conditions and new financial products to inform and advise clients on potential enhancements to existing financial plans and create up-sell opportunities. The Concierge Team is focused on facilitating all interactions between our Clients and our Advisors, while ensuring that our client's experience with our firm consistently exceeds their expectations.
Among other tasks, the Client Concierge is responsible for the following:
· Completion of the meeting prep process for advisors, as well as completing the post meeting follow up tasks. Concierges team members are also expected to attend and participate in client meetings.
· Promptly answering phones and assisting clients with basic needs, requests and questions as appropriate.
· Conducting transactions and moving money for clients per Advisor instructions.
· Maintaining client files, submitting forms, uploading documents.
· Processing checks and client forms.
· Remaining compliant with the procedures and regulations established by Fiduciam Financial and Ameriprise Financial.
· Supporting the Creative Director in Marketing events.
· Supporting the Team and Advisors in special projects.
· Planning, scheduling, and organizing the advisor's calendars.
