Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. develops individualized wealth management financial plans and recommendations to help clients attain financial goals by selecting investment solutions to minimize risk and grow wealth. Uses broad knowledge of investment products to educate clients on available investment options and create planning scenarios for retirement, education savings, and other financial objectives. Being a Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. keeps abreast of economic conditions and new financial products to inform and advise clients on potential enhancements to existing financial plans and create up-sell opportunities. Monitors client portfolios to ensure appropriate risk profile. Additionally, Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. May be involved with selling or coordinating the purchase of additional financial products or services to clients. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent. Typically has the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Typically reports to a manager. The Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. To be a Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. typically requires 7+ years of related experience.     Description and Requirements for our Client Services Assistant / Office Administrator


    As a vital member of our Client Services Team, you'll be the backbone of our onsite operations, ensuring seamless communication and support between our Advisors and clients. Not only will you be the face of the office, helping greet clients and answer phones, but you will also play a key piece in helping support the administrative tasks. From troubleshooting and organizing meetings to embodying Savant's unique philosophies, you'll be the go-to person for meeting routine client needs and managing vital client information. Your computer skills will shine as you navigate through tasks, populate, and maintain CRM information, and meticulously proofread reports and documentation. Assembling materials for review meetings, facilitating event coordination, and professionally handling incoming calls are just a few aspects of this multifaceted role. You'll be the driving force behind maintaining office efficiency, from preparing UPS shipments to executing opening and closing procedures.


    We're looking for someone who can communicate effectively, multitask with ease, and troubleshoot problems with a positive and solution-focused mindset.     A couple things to note about our Client Services Assistant / Office Admin.:

    • Because of the nature of this role and it's responsibilities, this is a fully in-person position.
    • This is a full-time position, with a minimum expected hour amount of 40 hours per week.


    The Client Services Assistant / Office Administrator position typically requires the following qualifications:


    • Associates degree in a related field, Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 2-5 years proven success in a client services/administrative support function in the financial services field, banking or insurance
    • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, CRM software, Internet
    • Must be organized, detail-oriented and able to multi-task
    • Client first attitude
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Team player
