Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. develops individualized wealth management financial plans and recommendations to help clients attain financial goals by selecting investment solutions to minimize risk and grow wealth. Uses broad knowledge of investment products to educate clients on available investment options and create planning scenarios for retirement, education savings, and other financial objectives. Being a Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. keeps abreast of economic conditions and new financial products to inform and advise clients on potential enhancements to existing financial plans and create up-sell opportunities. Monitors client portfolios to ensure appropriate risk profile. Additionally, Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. May be involved with selling or coordinating the purchase of additional financial products or services to clients. Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or equivalent. Typically has the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. Typically reports to a manager. The Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. To be a Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. typically requires 7+ years of related experience. Schedule: Onsite
Top 3-5 Must Have skills:
1. SAP
2. Familiarity with industrial manufacturing equipment
3. Communication skills (verbal and written proficiency with digital documentation)
4. Office 365 proficiency
5. Planning and organization skills (maintenance planning, project planning, event planning or equivalent)
Preferred 100% onsite in Colonial Heights, VA
- Can work with less than 40 hours per week if area of responsibility is maintained
Interview Process: 1st is Phone Screen followed by Final onsite interview
- Responsible for the planning of maintenance repair and reliability work using SAP Notifications and Work Order Processes.
- Oversees all aspects of maintenance planning including material selection, procurement, and purchases. Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of work orders.
- Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of work orders via schedule attainment and craftsperson backlog.
- May require a bachelor's degree and at least 4-6 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Performs a variety of tasks.
- Leads and directs the work of others.
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
