Job Summary
The primary role of the Configuration Management (CM) Specialist involves ERP entry and management of datasets which comprise a part or assembly that is purchased, designed, built, and/or tested. This is a key role within the transition of Engineering prototypes through subsequent phases of volume manufacturing for repeatable, lean, and successful product realization. The CM Specialist will create and manage configurations of parts and products using systematic change control processes and tools, to allow efficient downstream procurement, real-time inventory management, and comprehensive production planning.
