Uses broad knowledge of investment products to educate clients on available investment options and create planning scenarios for retirement, education savings, and other financial objectives. Being a Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. keeps abreast of economic conditions and new financial products to inform and advise clients on potential enhancements to existing financial plans and create up-sell opportunities. Monitors client portfolios to ensure appropriate risk profile. Additionally, Wealth Management Specialist, Sr. follows all regulatory and organizational policies and procedures. We are looking for a Client Relations Coordinator who will undertake various administrative tasks. The tasks of the Client Relations Coordinator will include answering phones to screen prospective clients and serving as the primary point of contact for client recognition, events and important milestones.
The ideal candidate will be competent with Google Workspace. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
-Identify and track important milestones and special occasions for clients, such as birthdays, anniversaries, or business achievements.
-Maintain accurate records of client preferences, history, and interactions to ensure future interactions are personalized and tailored.

-Prepare for the client appointments

Financial Screening Responsibilities:
-Conduct initial screening of incoming calls from individuals seeking financial advice.
-Gather information about the prospects's financial goals and other relevant factors.
-Evaluate the prospects eligibility for financial advisor services based on predetermined criteria.
-Maintain accurate records of prospects interactions.
-Handle scheduling prospective client appointments using the appropriate systems.
-Collaborate with the financial advisory team to share relevant information and insights gathered during the screening process.
Experience:
-Proficiency in the Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with internal and external callers

Hours:
Monday - Friday. 9am-4pm
