Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
- Lead the implementation of HRIS solutions, including system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, identify system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement of HR technology solutions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on HRIS functionality, providing guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate employees on HRIS usage and best practices.
- Analyze HRIS data and generate reports to support HR and business decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology, and recommend new solutions or enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies in all HRIS-related activities.

Requirements Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3 years of experience in HRIS/HR technology management, with a focus on HRIS database management, implementation, and payroll systems.
- Strong technical proficiency in HRIS platforms and tools, with the ability to configure, customize, and troubleshoot system issues.
- Experience with HRIS implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- HRIS certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are preferred but not required.
