As an HRIS Professional, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our HR information systems to support the needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in HRIS technologies, including HRIS database management, implementation, and payroll systems. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the HRIS database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security.
• Lead the implementation of HRIS solutions, including system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with HR and IT teams to gather requirements, identify system enhancements, and drive continuous improvement of HR technology solutions.
• Serve as the subject matter expert on HRIS functionality, providing guidance and support to end-users and stakeholders.
• Develop and deliver training programs and materials to educate employees on HRIS usage and best practices.
• Analyze HRIS data and generate reports to support HR and business decision-making processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR technology, and recommend new solutions or enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies in all HRIS-related activities.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3 years of experience in HRIS/HR technology management, with a focus on HRIS database management, implementation, and payroll systems.
• Strong technical proficiency in HRIS platforms and tools, with the ability to configure, customize, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Experience with HRIS implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex HR data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• HRIS certifications (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) are preferred but not required.
