Maintains related hardware and software, installs upgrades, and resolves system errors as they arise. Additionally, Web Administrator ensures the website is properly integrated with related computer systems and back-end processes. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Web Administrator work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Demonstrated knowledge and extensive experience with website production support activities such as managing contact, CSS3 style sheet updates, overall site branding, security and 508 compliance of the website and customer facing. Demonstrated skill and experience in third party APIs (Google APIs, Facebook API, Twitter, etc.). Demonstrated skill and experience with graphic design for the web. Demonstrated experience with Content Management Systems. Experience as a lead within a website development team required (including experience managing project resources and project deadlines). Ability to take direction from multiple sources and prioritize tasks required. Professional verbal and written communication abilities required. Demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within the agency, customers, etc. • Preferable: Advance visual design and layout skills.
