Web Administrator administers and maintains the organization's websites. Monitors site traffic and performance and recommends changes in the site's technical architecture to ensure that the website remains responsive, stable, and secure. Being a Web Administrator maintains and administers websites by screening content for consistency and accuracy. Maintains related hardware and software, installs upgrades, and resolves system errors as they arise. Additionally, Web Administrator ensures the website is properly integrated with related computer systems and back-end processes. Typically requires a bachelor's degree. Summary: The Trust Administrator will perform and are responsible for the daily administrative duties for the Trust Department. This includes, but is not limited to data entry, use of Microsoft Office programs, word processing, assisting Officers and Management, knowledge of Infovisa (Maui) is a plus, greeting and assisting clients, and phone reception. The administrator will have a strong understanding of Trust functions and operations. This position requires the person to work within a team environment and promote the Department to all people they know within and outside the bank.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Manage a book of trust business – including Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, estates, guardianships, ILIT’s, Investment management, Land Trusts, IRA’s
· Calculate net income payments
· Process bill payments daily.
· Print and mail checks.
· Assist customers both in person and via phone
· Scan and file necessary documentation for trust accounts.
· Manage ticklers relative to trust deadlines
· Review and approve investments
· Quarterly review of all accounts
· Prepare transfer paperwork for new accounts, both DTC and ACAT
· General knowledge of farm trusts
· Process all taxes due for the trust accounts.
· Open and close trust accounts as needed.
· Communication with various accountants, attorneys, court staff
· Check and pay all tax estimates.
· Prepare and pay annual real estate taxes.
· Generate and mail all outgoing tax forms.
· Generate tax worksheets
· Deliver tax worksheets to accountants (via upload, or hand delivery)
· Some knowledge in the sale of trust services
· Property inspections and appraisal requesting
· Assist with scholarship trusts – help organizing committees, calculating distributions, and distributing to students
· Back up operations – Process, Reconcile Matrix and Fifth Third with Maui daily.
Supervisory Responsibilities: No direct supervisory responsibilities.
Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED required. Banking and/or Trust experience helpful but not required. Legal experience in Trust and Estates is a plus. Cannon Trust School is a plus. Excellent customer service skills and computer skills, ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and to manage time and prioritize effectively.
