Warren Averett is seeking a contract payroll professional for an "in office" assignment with an established company in Tuscaloosa, AL . Candidate must have experience with handling a weekly payroll for 300 employees.
Responsibilities
o Process other financial compensations or deductions (i.e.: annual bonuses, severance pay, taxes or worker's compensation)
o Produce reports to upper management upon request
o Collect and verify employee and timekeeping data by checking information for accuracy and ensure all relevant paperwork is in order
o Discuss employee payroll and benefit (BCBS, PTO and Accruals) changes with employee and coordinate HR
