Web Administrator, Sr. jobs in Detroit, MI

Must Skills/Experience:

• This individual will be responsible for deploying web applications in a Cloud Environment and performing administration activities of these web applications.
• Their primary job responsibilities include understanding on non-functional requirements of web applications, reviewing the checklist of the applications, deploy the applications and support the application from Infrastructure perspective.
• Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, analytical organizational, verbal and written communication skills and attention to details a must.
• Must be able to exhibit in relation to integration and management.
• Coordination of infrastructure and platform changes with 3" party vendor and managing tickets and change requests via Cherwell.
• Minimum five (5) years' experience in a delivery or consulting role leading Information Management related initiatives is required.

Required Skills/Experience:

• Experience in Web Administration and development.
• Experience in Docker, Docker commands and tools, Jenkins, Kubernetes, EKS and container knowledge.
• Knowledge of Apache Kafka, Confluent, Apache, Apache2 and Tomcat is a plus.
• Knowledge of AWS RDS (Postgres and Redshift).
• Knowledgeable in SQL Server and Microsoft Cloud is a plus
• Responsible for submitting and coordinating changes with vendor (AIP)
• Understanding of Information Security for data protection, governance, and security preferred
• Exposure AWS cloud technologies
• Liaison Vendor supported applications and environments
• Ability to interface with vendors on user access, security roles along with infrastructure requests in AWS cloud-based environment.
• Need strong skills in Linux and Windows OS.
• Should be well versed with GIT, GitHub or version control technologies and code promotion process using GIT.
• Experience in Clusters, Building and Debugging web applications.
