Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement care plans for residents
- Provide support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Ensure compliance with resident rights and regulations
- Oversee memory care programs and activities
- Administer medications as needed
- Supervise staff members and provide guidance as necessary

Experience:
- Prior experience in senior care or related field
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices
- Proficiency in medication administration
- Strong supervisory skills to lead a team effectively
