**Front Office Duties**

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly friendly manner

- Answer busy phone line and direct them to the appropriate individual

- Schedule appointments

- Provide basic information about products and services

- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and calendar management

- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Shopify and CRM softwares are a MUST!

**Experience:**

- Previous experience as a front desk agent, clerk, or in an administrative role is preferred

- Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills

- Proficient in basic office tasks such as filing, data entry, and calendar management

- Knowledge of front office operations in a contractors office or similar setting is a plus

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
