• 3 years Oracle EBS functional development experience focusing on HR, Payroll, Procurement, Financials, Fixed Assets and Project Costing
• PL/SQL development involving Oracle EBS Time and Labor, Human Resources and Financials suites including knowledge of the underlying data model as well as basic process and data flow
• Hands on experience in development using best practices and standards on Oracle technologies
• A proven track record developing and documenting systems requirements, and designing, prototyping and testing under multiple deadlines
• Must have experience interfacing with functional end-users in developing required programs
• Skilled at technical problem solving and software change management
• R12, Toad experience a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
