We are seeking an experienced Front End Web Developer to join our team! You will be working alongside a fantastic group of professional designers and developers to design, build, maintain, and optimize a portfolio of websites for our clients (many of them in the outdoor recreation industry).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with project managers, designers, development team, and clients to develop cutting-edge websites and web applications.
• Install content management systems, and create front-end markup using HTML, CSS & Javascript.
• Implement e-commerce solutions & integrations (Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce)
• Custom PHP development
• Website optimization and upgrades - ADA compliance, page speed improvements, SEO & more

TECHNICAL & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

While we offer flexibility within our team, we require our employees to work in our office regularly. Candidates must be local and able to commute to Huntley, IL.

• REQUIRED 3 years of experience with WordPress similar content management systems
• REQUIRED 3 years of experience with e-commerce solutions such as WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Shopify, Magento, or similar platforms
• REQUIRED Highly proficient in front-end coding HTML5, CSS & related technologies in an agency setting
• Experience with PHP programming
• Experience with Javascript
• Experience in Web Design
• Experienced with source control technologies (Bitbucket, GitHub)
• Familiar with Search Engine Optimization & Google Analytics
