We’re looking for a strong and experienced Director, Brand & Content Marketing to help grow brand awareness for Allē within this exciting space. Reporting to the Head of Go to Market, the Director will be a hands-on player/coach as we work to grow this team and define best practices.

You Will
Lead and grow a team of Brand, Content, and Social marketers, focusing on performance and development.
Drive the Brand and Content Marketing strategy in both a tactical and strategic way, from research and planning to execution and measurement.
Partner with a cross-disciplinary team across the organization to define and articulate the key messaging and value propositions for Allē.
Own the development and maintenance of the content, messaging, and brand strategy across the Allē portfolio.
Partner with other brand and promotions teams to create "marketing moments" that drive awareness for and differentiate our solutions in the marketplace.
Initiate and respond to brand research, both internally and externally, extracting insights and recommending updates to best connect with our audiences.
Drive vision and execution of creative deliverables in partnership with internal and external creative partners. Ensure all assets adhere to Allē brand guidelines.
Understand the competitive landscape—be an expert on our competition, how they are positioned, and how/where our products compare.
Bachelor’s Degree required
10 years of experience with at least 6 or more years of product marketing or product management experience.
4 years of experience leading teams and managing direct reports
Experience building brand and content strategies for B2B and B2C brands; ideal candidates will have a mix of traditional beauty and technology backgrounds
Ability to grasp and translate technical capabilities into value propositions and benefits that resonate with our consumers, customers, sales representatives, and internal stakeholders.
Strong grasp of product marketing frameworks and a keen understanding of how to build a social and content strategy from the ground up.
Ability to identify risks to timelines, escalate as necessary and propose mitigation strategies/pivot quickly when necessary.
Experience managing several cross functional work streams at once.
Demonstrated strategic and creative thinking
Outstanding PPT/slide skills
Excellent communication, writing and presentation skills.
Willingness to approach projects with a can-do attitude and create processes where there isn’t one
