Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to join our team at Haven Health Assisted living. As a Program Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of our programs. This role requires strong leadership skills, as well as a Med/tech license.
Duties:
- Supervise and manage program staff, providing guidance and support
- Develop and implement program goals, objectives, and strategies
- Monitor program activities to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with community partners to enhance program services
- Conduct regular evaluations to assess program effectiveness and make necessary improvements
- Manage program budgeting and resource allocation
- Build and maintain relationships with community, including clients, families, and Hospice agencies
- Provide administrative oversight for program operations
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our residents
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in program management or related role
- Strong knowledge of Assisted living principles and practices
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively with diverse populations
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards
