Key Responsibilities
Partner with brand teams in the development of brand content strategy and of innovative use cases (e.g., modular content, AI content generation) for new content capabilities and tools to further enhance this strategy
Work hand in hand with Commercial business leaders (both brand teams and cross-market teams) to develop and scale initial pilots (focused on agile, modular content capabilities, AI content generation) across brands / TAs for US and exUS markets
Serve as the single point of contact to provide guidance and advisement to business stakeholders and external partners, for developing and delivering new content capabilities in the end-to-end ecsystem
Lead and influence adoption of new capabilities and ways of working across matrix teams
Lead discussions with cross-functional executive team members from the business on scaling program, roadmap progress, relevant roadblocks and plan to mitigate
Drive as the program lead and own the transformation and change management effort for a portfolio of brands / markets. This includes:
Driving the set up and implementation of new content strategy and capabilities across brands for US and exUS scaling, in coordination with brand teams, omnichannel teams, agency partners and other related workstreams
Keeping track of end-to-end stakeholders and milestones, e.g., setting up a cross-functional team to manage technology solutions, agencies, local market resources, execution against scaling plan across brands / TA for US and exUS markets
Driving brand team kick-off, providing input on scaling needs, continually advising on strategy, and conducting periodic check-ins with teams on implementing specific new ways of working
Identifying required resources needed to scale capabilities across-brands and -markets, along with coordination with external stakeholders (i.e., consulting, agencies)
Identifying participants of change activities across all levels of stakeholders, all business units and all geographies (i.e., brand leadership, market research, procurement)
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors or Advanced degree (MD, PhD or MBA) preferred with experience in management roles, focusing on transformation, change management, culture or operating model changes
Minimum 8 years of business experience or similar experience
Strong problem solving and analytical skills: effectively structures business problems; leverages data
