Strong Law, PC, Southwest Missouri's premiere personal injury/wrongful-death/trial-attorney firm for almost 50 years, is seeking a qualified, hard-working, organized, digital-story-telling/marketing/content creator/director. The successful candidate will help the firm promote our mission, our extensive success, and expand our digital reach. The ideal candidate will have strong abilities in both digital story-telling and digital marketing.
Objectives of this role:
· Learn about what we do.
· Produce digital content about the firm, and what we do.
· Market the firm online in a way that is consistent with our core mission, our reputation, and our experience.
· Be proactive in coming up with ideas for how we can do better online.
· Identify events/incidents that arise in real time and react accordingly with firm content online relating to the same subjects/locations.
· Target growth in subjects and location we want to target.
Responsibilities:
· Lead development of marketing strategy and digital campaigns by working closely with attorneys to increase our potential client reach both in terms of the type of cases and geographic areas.
· Develop e-marketing to productively expand existing contact/client database.
· Promote firm through digital story.
· Manage firm’s social media in real time.
· Oversee all firm’s online presence.
Required skills and qualifications:
· Successful track record in senior marketing role and campaign creation
· Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
· Experience in digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
· Proven ability to plan and manage budgets.
Preferred skills and qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, advertising, or communications
· Proficiency with HTML, content management systems, and design software
