Web Customer Support Specialist provides technical support and coordination with the help desk to solve user issues with websites and web interfaces. Interacts with customers and troubleshoots problems to determine the root cause and to provide the right solution. Being a Web Customer Support Specialist maintains and uses a product and knowledge database of known issues and standard solutions to provide fast responses and high customer satisfaction. You will be creating and addressing service tickets, creating new accounts and maintaining accurate user data, fielding emails and some phone calls, answering user questions, and ultimately making sure that all the details are organized and in the right place.

    Competencies & Experience

    • 2-year or higher degree in a communication, business, information technology, or similar field strongly preferred
    • 2 years professional customer service experience required
    • Professional experience in a Medical/Technical organization a strong plus
    • Experience using a CRM system a strong plus
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Strong problem-solving ability
    • Top-notch technical skills, including ability to independently navigate computer systems and applications
    • Proven ability to follow procedures
    • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines and ensure accuracy
