Web Customer Support Specialist provides technical support and coordination with the help desk to solve user issues with websites and web interfaces. Interacts with customers and troubleshoots problems to determine the root cause and to provide the right solution. Being a Web Customer Support Specialist maintains and uses a product and knowledge database of known issues and standard solutions to provide fast responses and high customer satisfaction. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Additionally, Web Customer Support Specialist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Capitol Bridge is seeking a full-time onsite Customer Support Specialist to join our growing team in Columbia, SC. Since 1999, our employees have been entrusted with helping the business of government work better for our customers. To prepare you for this role, Capitol Bridge provides comprehensive paid training when you start.

Education and Experience Requirements:
- Must have a high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Must have one year of experience in a customer service role with performance metrics.
- Must be proficient with a computer including Microsoft Office products, the Internet, and other systems.
- Highly organized with ability to prioritize.
- Must be proficient in spoken and written English.
- United States citizenship is required.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment is a plus.
