Job Overview: In this role, you will play a crucial part in our company's success by efficiently handling incoming orders through multiple channels, including phone, email, and our online customer portal. Additionally, you will serve as a vital link between our customers and flooring installers, ensuring smooth communication and timely resolution of job site issues. As our business continues to expand, we require a fast learner who can adapt to changing demands and deliver results promptly.
