    We are hiring a REMOTE Customer Service Representative to manage incoming customer queries and field questions regarding their policy. You will process payments, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. A successful candidate would need to be have a friendly demeanor, display empathy, patience and have experience working with computers.

    Responsibilities Include:

    • Work with our insurance provider clients and deliver great overall customer service
    • Take in a high volume of calls, communicate via email and letters as appropriate
    • Document all client communication across several platforms
    • Be the point person for our clients as well as their customers

    Qualifications:

    • 2 years of customer service experience in a call-center environment
    • Ability to work remotely
    • Demonstrated communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Strong independent problem solving and analytical skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • 4 years of insurance experience (insurance agent license a plus!)
    • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
    • Associates Degree

    • Variable schedule includes hours between 10:00am-11:00pm EST Monday through Friday with some Saturday's required
