Customer Support Specialist - Position Summary

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible answering customer’s product, service and account related questions through email, phone and chat interactions. Within those interactions, you will provide accurate, thoughtful and complete responses to each customer in a timely fashion. This role requires creative troubleshooting and being able to provide a quick solution by acting as a liaison for both the customer and Zpacks.

Experience

• High School Diploma/GED required
• 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service multichannel environment or related position, preferably in a customer relationship center

Other Requirements

• MUST be able to work 8:00am to 5:00pm/5 days a week with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Other duties as assigned

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.74 per hour
