Interacts with customers and troubleshoots problems to determine the root cause and to provide the right solution. Being a Web Customer Support Specialist maintains and uses a product and knowledge database of known issues and standard solutions to provide fast responses and high customer satisfaction. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Additionally, Web Customer Support Specialist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Description: Call center production environment, auto-dialer making outbound calls, will receive in-bound calls. Early stage collections (1-30 days late), 80-120 calls per day.
Responsibilities
Experience and Qualifications:
Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week. Monday-Saturday
Monday-Friday: Multiple Shifts; Saturday's 8am-4:30pm (ALL Saturday's required)
Will have a rotating off day during the week due to working on a Saturday
**MUST be available to work holidays
Training: 4 Weeks Hybrid 2 days a week onsite: Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm CST
4 weeks technical training: taught phone etiquette, navigation, empathy—first three days are on site, technical training is then hybrid, 2 days a week onsite.
Up to 4 weeks after technical training is nesting led by leadership team to develop skills. Nesting is ON SITE for up to 4 weeks.
