Web Customer Support Specialist provides technical support and coordination with the help desk to solve user issues with websites and web interfaces. Interacts with customers and troubleshoots problems to determine the root cause and to provide the right solution. Being a Web Customer Support Specialist maintains and uses a product and knowledge database of known issues and standard solutions to provide fast responses and high customer satisfaction. Typically requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent. Additionally, Web Customer Support Specialist typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Web Customer Support Specialist occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Gaining exposure to some of the complex tasks within the job function. Hybrid Customer Support Specialist

  • Currently searching for qualified candidates to fill openings for a Delinquency Control Counselor position to start March 18th!

    This position is NOT remote and requires working onsite weekly.

    All candidates must be local the Pensacola, FL area.

     

    Description: Call center production environment, auto-dialer making outbound calls, will receive in-bound calls. Early stage collections (1-30 days late), 80-120 calls per day.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide member financial counseling and mitigate loss for the credit union.
    • Contact delinquent members in an attempt to cure delinquency utilizing all payment options and loss mitigation tools offered by the credit union
    • Obtain detailed financial information from delinquent members and analyzes information gathered to determine optimal solutions for curing delinquency
    • Notate in Collection systems members’ arrangements, reason(s) for delinquency, and any offered charge-off alternatives
    • Offer short/long term solutions including repayment plans, promises-to-pay, loan modifications, refinances, personal finance management and deferral programs
    • Explain and communicate relinquishing options such as settlements
    • Maintain working knowledge of the federal and state consumer protection laws

     

    Experience and Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of recent experience working in a customer service/collections/financial environment
    • Ability to communicate effectively via email and phone
    • Ability to navigate multiple systems and high volume incoming calls
    • Professional written and verbal communication
    • Problem solving skills, patience, empathy

    Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours per week, 5 days a week. Monday-Saturday

    Monday-Friday: Multiple Shifts; Saturday's 8am-4:30pm (ALL Saturday's required)

    Will have a rotating off day during the week due to working on a Saturday

    **MUST be available to work holidays

    Training: 4 Weeks Hybrid 2 days a week onsite: Monday - Friday, 7am-3:30pm CST

    4 weeks technical training: taught phone etiquette, navigation, empathy—first three days are on site, technical training is then hybrid, 2 days a week onsite.

    Up to 4 weeks after technical training is nesting led by leadership team to develop skills. Nesting is ON SITE for up to 4 weeks.
