    Position Overview:
    As an Online Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our digital interactions, responsible for ensuring positive and engaging experiences for our online community. Your main focus will involve actively engaging with customers on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages, and providing timely assistance to address their needs and inquiries. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing website messages to enhance the overall online customer service experience.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Proactively monitor and manage social media channels, responding to customer comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
    • Foster positive relationships with customers through authentic and engaging interactions, embodying our brand's values and voice.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing customer engagement and satisfaction across digital platforms.
    • Monitor website messages and provide timely responses to customer inquiries and feedback, ensuring a seamless online customer service experience.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and customer preferences to create relevant and engaging content and responses.
    • Utilize social media management tools and analytics platforms to track and analyze engagement metrics, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred.
    • Previous experience in customer service, social media management, or online community engagement preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail and professionalism.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for customer service and digital engagement.
    • Familiarity with social media platforms, customer relationship management systems, and online analytics tools.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet to address customer needs and concerns.

    Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

    Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
