Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, and chat
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries, ensuring customer satisfaction is met
• Identify and escalate any complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor
• Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the company database
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve customer issues and provide a unified customer experience
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and effectively communicate new features and upgrades to customers

Requirements:
