We are a real estate company located in Evergreen Colorado. We are very heavily marketing focused and have a great deal of experience in Internet marketing and lead generation. We are looking for a contract web designer to assist us with redesigning an existing website as well as help laying out existing web pages so they look professional, load fast and are mobile responsive. We need someone who is more design oriented than technical. This position is not about coding. It is about design and layout.
I would prefer someone in the Denver area. This job could be mostly remote but may require some in person visits. I need someone with strong communication skills.
Compensation:

Responsibilities:- Redesign Existing WordPress Website(s)
- Revise / Update content layouts for existing internal pages
- Ensure each page loads fast and is optimized for mobile users
- Collaborate with the owner to plan out overall design and internal page layouts
- Must have experience working with WordPress (Elementor experience is a plus)
- HTML & CSS skills a must
- Strong graphic design & layout skills are required
- Photoshop experience is needed to optimize image assets file size for web as well to build out mockups of pages prior to build.
- Graphic design skills - build out graphics for banners and page layouts
