Web Product Management Director manages the lifecycle of new technology products or feature enhancements. Researches and develops the roadmap for new products or feature enhancements and plans and oversees the product lifecycle. Being a Web Product Management Director gathers insights from customers and the marketplace to understand needs, new technologies, and trends in the market. Guides the conceptualization, requirements gathering, specification creation, release, and implementation processes. Additionally, Web Product Management Director ensures that product delivery schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development are coordinated with stakeholders to successfully release new products on time and within budget. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Web Product Management Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Web Product Management Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. RESPONSIBILITIES OF DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE:
- Responsible for all maintenance department operations & personnel
- Regular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance & equipment performance
- Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules
- Provide oversight of maintenance/repairs & ensure contracted services are completed in a timely fashion
- Schedule & ensure completion of all maintenance & repairs
- Maintains records of all repairs, preventative maintenance, warranties, and inspections
- Coordinating department operations, budgets, and monitoring expenditures
- Ensure all maintenance work is in accordance with State/Federal & OSHA standards
- Must have the ability to be "on-call" for emergency situations
REQUIREMENTS FOR DIRECTOR OF MAINTENANCE:
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electric, carpentry, and general maintenance
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong work ethic, intense drive, initiative for quality service
- Solid computer skills; working knowledge of MS Office
- Evidence of solid leadership and supervision skills
