The Metal Ware Corporation is a privately owned company located in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. Metal Ware has been manufacturing consumer products for over 100 years. We make many of our products here in our Two Rivers plant using injection molding, metal stamping and rotational molding equipment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Use your creative and organizational skills to take a concept all the way through to reality.
• Use internal resources to track, develop and execute multiple projects.
• Visualize a process and reduce it to a written form that can be checked off as milestones are achieved.
• Analyze market data to create a completive strategy for new and existing product.
• Work with external and internal sales teams to develop, modify and execute market strategies.
• Work with internal company software to set up and maintain new and existing products.
• Perform research to identify customer needs and marketing trends.
• Create and implement timeline for product launches, and ensure timelines are met.
• Promote Company Core Values.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Basic understanding of foundational marketing strategies, business management, and product positioning.
• Solid background in providing support to all levels of management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong understanding and utilization of confidentiality.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting or exceeding deadlines.
• Must have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field or work experience
