Web Product Management Director manages the lifecycle of new technology products or feature enhancements. Researches and develops the roadmap for new products or feature enhancements and plans and oversees the product lifecycle. Being a Web Product Management Director gathers insights from customers and the marketplace to understand needs, new technologies, and trends in the market. Guides the conceptualization, requirements gathering, specification creation, release, and implementation processes. Additionally, Web Product Management Director ensures that product delivery schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development are coordinated with stakeholders to successfully release new products on time and within budget. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Web Product Management Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. To be a Web Product Management Director typically requires 3+ years of managerial experience. Primary Objective:
The Director of Product Management is responsible for all aspects of sales, design and manufacturing of quality, profitable products for a division of PCB. Works with Senior Management, Operations Management, Engineering Management, Field Sales and Corporate Marketing. Provides leadership to Product Teams.

Education
Four-year technical degree or equivalent specialized training
Experience
Over 15 years of experience in a high tech, instrumentation or related industry, closely related to PCB’s markets and technology. 10 years in a leadership role.
Travel Requirements Moderate to heavy travel required.

MS or MBA degree preferred
Experience
Field Sales experience is highly desirable
