What You'll Be Doing

As our Director of Product Management, you'll be at the forefront of crafting pricing strategies and managing inforce activities for our individual annuities (FIA, MYGA, VA, RILA). You'll lead a team of skilled professionals, driving forward critical pricing and product management projects.

What Sets You Up for Success:

• A bachelor's degree and either an FSA or career ASA designation, demonstrating your commitment to excellence in the field.
• A minimum of seven years of actuarial experience, with at least one year dedicated to product management, pricing, or development, showcasing your depth of expertise.
• At least one year of hands-on experience with spread-based products, preferably within the realm of annuities, highlighting your familiarity with relevant financial instruments.
• Proven experience in pricing or rate setting for annuity products, particularly FIA and MYGA, underscoring your ability to navigate complex pricing strategies.
• Proficiency with MG-ALFA or similar pricing software, ideally AXIS, showcasing your technical proficiency and adaptability to industry-standard tools.
