    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES[TB1] [TB2] 

    ·       Lead the Web Product Domain for the Technology Team within Management Concepts.

    ·       Provide strategic vision and leadership for the web development team, defining technical roadmaps, project timelines, and resource allocation.

    ·       Partner with key stakeholders (product managers, marketing, sales) to understand business needs and translate them into actionable web development plans. 

    ·       Develop and implement a web technology strategy/roadmap working with the VP of Technology designed to enhance customer, learner, and facilitator experiences resulting in increased engagement, loyalty, and retention, with a particular focus on learner self-service capabilities in the federal marketplace.

    ·       Build and lead a team, including technical business analysts, software developers, and PMs, focused on delivering world-class digital products and capabilities.

    ·       Engage and coordinate cross-functional teams including agency partners to define and execute product roadmap(s)/projects aligned with strategic business goals based on staffing capacity.

    ·       Apply agile concepts to collect feedback and evolve the strategy/roadmap on a regular cadence.

    ·       Oversee and drive the governance and change control process for the Web Product Domain.

    ·       Lead the development process from conception to launch, ensuring adherence to best practices, coding standards, and quality control measures.

    ·       Oversee the implementation of new technologies and frameworks, keeping the team at the forefront of web development trends.

    ·       Manage and mentor web developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

    ·       Conduct performance reviews and implement strategies to continuously improve the team's technical skills and knowledge.

    ·       Develop and maintain clear project documentation and communication plans to ensure transparency across all departments.

    ·       Track and analyze website performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and recommending data-driven solutions.

    ·       Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in web development, security, and user experience (UX).

     QUALIFICATIONS

    ·       Minimum 10 years of experience in web development leadership or a related field.

    ·       Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and work collaboratively to achieve common goals.

    ·       Proven track record of successfully delivering complex web projects on time and within budget.

    ·       Strong understanding of web development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and best practices.

    ·       In-depth knowledge of front-end and back-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, server-side scripting languages, databases).

    ·       Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle and DevOps in a cloud environment.

    ·       Experience overseeing change control/governance processes leveraging agile/lean concepts including managing competing priorities and streamlining them to achieve desired outcomes.

    ·       Experience with content management systems (CMS) and e-commerce platforms a plus.

    ·       Excellent business acumen and product management experience, with a focus on translating business needs into technical solutions.

    ·       Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.

    ·       Superior communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical audiences.

    ·       Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and inspire a team.

    ·       Passion for building high-quality, user-friendly web experiences.

    ·       Experience with Marketing, CRM, eCommerce, LXP, and invoicing functions associated with a training business providing ILT/VILT/Blended training is a plus.

    ·       Proven track record of successfully launching software products preferably in an enterprise environment.

    ·       Preferred experience with SaaS, building API-driven architectures, and iPaaS.

    ·       Experience with Agile methodologies and project management/roadmap tools such as Aha!, JIRA, or Asana.

    ·       Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
