Web Product Manager guides and manages the lifecycle of new technology products or feature enhancements. Develops product concepts and designs to facilitate market needs and user requirements. Being a Web Product Manager conducts research and develops a good understanding of the customer's needs, new technologies, trends in the market, and competitors. Develops requirements documents, functional specifications, and mock-ups to clearly illustrate product ideas and concepts. Additionally, Web Product Manager participates in all phases of the product development lifecycle, including analysis, design, testing, and integration of products and introducing products to the market. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Web Product Manager occasionally directed in several aspects of the work. Responsibilities:
- Conduct product demonstrations at various events and locations
- Engage with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the product to potential customers
- Collect data and feedback from customers for market research purposes
- Assist with event marketing activities to attract and engage a larger audience
Qualifications:
- Strong public speaking skills to confidently present product information to a crowd
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred
- Ability to stigmatise the product and create interest among potential customers
- Excellent communication skills to effectively market the product and engage with customers
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn about the product and stay updated on its features and benefits
