    Position Overview

    The ESA Web Content Administrator is responsible for supporting ACE's Educational Scholarship Account business through the creation and publishing of compelling and focused content that aligns with ACE's ESA brand strategy and addresses the needs and interests of various ESA stakeholder groups (families, schools, service providers, state government agencies, etc). The ESA Web Content Administrator will maintain content to ensure that the individual state ESA program websites and other written materials are functional, accurate and up to date.

    Primary Job Roles and Responsibilities


    1. Website & Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System Management

    • Responsible for making sure the site's user interface is easy to understand and efficient
    • Develops, maintains and executes the process for receiving, scoping, approving, prioritizing, testing and pushing changes to the content and links within all ESA program websites
    • Updates and maintains website content that includes links, blogs, articles, press releases, as well as product and company related information in multiple languages by using a Content Management System (CMS)
    • Installs new content and edits existing HTML within CMS and Zendesk CRM platform
    • Builds and leverages templates to quickly create new pages
    • Gathers an inventory of web content, including text, images, PDFs and video files for publishing to the website using templates within the CMS
    • Updating versions of various documents (SOPs, Program Compliance, general community updates, customer self-service articles etc.) and archiving historical records.

    2.Collaboration with Marketing & Communications Team

    • Works with ACE's Marketing/Communications team to determine what information should be included, then writes and/or edits that content so it's clear and easy to read for all ESA program stakeholders
    • Writes, proofreads, and edits content to fit the ESA brand strategy defined by ACE's Marketing/Communications team
    • Develops and manages an editorial calendar to ensure timely content additions and updates
    • Collaborates with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messages across all channels.
    • Create and refine technical information and other various materials for explaining products and services
    • Collaborates with design, SEO, and development team members to produce comprehensive project plans that align with company vision
    • Manage ESA marketing materials, paperwork and files, ensuring they are current and properly saved and stored.

    3. Project Management & Generalized Organizational Support

    • Partner with ESA Executive State Program Directors to ensure delivery of services meets the requirements of the contracting State agencies and is 100% compliant with the governing State laws.
    • Establish goals, deliverables, timelines, and tasks to execute programs and assignments.
    • Works on multiple projects at once with varying priorities and deadlines
    • Collaborate with ESA Service Delivery Director to develop new approaches for creating more precise and engaging knowledge base articles for the company.
    • Function as an informed representative of the ESA Program
    • Support VP of ESA Programs with identifying opportunities to enhance internal processes which promote best practice and lead to overall performance improvement and organizational efficiency.
    • Produce written reports when required.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required Include:

    • Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience
    • Demonstrated knowledge of web technologies, content management systems, HTML and website administration best practices.
    • Ability to utilize a wide variety of software, equipment and technologies to achieve the desired product.
    • Experience with Wordpress CMS and/or Zendesk Guide a plus.
    • Familiarity with Content Management systems and HTML/CSS, ability to administer content including copy, images, video embed, etc.
    • Demonstrated knowledge of analytics tools, e.g., Google Analytics, Siteimprove.
    • Experience working independently and collaboratively with information architects, copywriters, front-end developers and broad cross-functional teams.
    • Solid technical background with an ability to address accessibility and compatibility issues.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication.
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
    • Ability to work as a team player, demonstrate personal initiative and inspire colleagues.

    Compensation
    Competitive annual salary of $75,000 - $95,000 and eligible for annual performance bonuses, plus benefit package, which includes but is not limited to:
