This role is responsible for preparing the work, managing the queues, verifying employees, provisioning basic account access, group memberships, and security.
In addition, this role reports escalations and errors or improvements needed related to individual requests and the processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Process Enterprise Access requests in ServiceNow. Review new and existing requests to prioritize daily tasks.
Monitor queues throughout the day. Check in with EAM team regularly. Account creation, manual, and scripted. Delivery of credentials.
Identify ongoing process improvement. Customer support as needed. QUALIFICATIONS Experience with AD, O365 / Exchange On-prem and Web account management, Ticketing System, Proficient in MS Excel and managing large data sets to process tasks.
Attentive with an eye for detail. Ability to document and verbally communicate processes (new and existing) Thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
Adheres to the processes that are in place. Reports gaps, inefficiencies, circumventions, and misses, to the EAM Team for review for future implementation as process improvements.
Comfortable working in-office and remote. EDUCATION AND / OR EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree degree in Cybersecurity, computer Science, or related field preferred or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
SYSTEMS AND TECHNOLOGY Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word. Knowledgeable Active Directory, Exchange, and Azure.
ServiceNow or other ticketing system experience. Experience working with large data sets. Other Cloud platform experience.
Other beneficial skills Scripting, PowerShell, or other. Basic Network and Protocol knowledge. Healthcare terminology. Awareness of PHI and HIPAA. Employment Type : Full Time
