As a leader on this team you will be responsible for understanding key AWS security controls, processes leveraged to support compliance initiatives, and supporting technology and looking for ways to continuously improve for scale, efficiency, and quality in-line with customer expectations.

    This position can work out of our AWS offices in Arlington or Herndon, VA; and Seattle, WA.

    This position will be responsible for the following activities:
    • Understand and serve as a subject-matter expert around AWS’ security controls, along with the supporting processes and technology enablement
    • Become a deep technical and compliance resource that earns the trust of executive stakeholders
    • Communicate to leadership key risks and areas of program improvement, as well as seek diverse opinions and coordinate improvement efforts.
    • Innovate on behalf of AWS Security Assurance, translating your thoughts into action yielding measurable results
    • Operate a quality rhythm of the business for managing multiple stakeholder expectations simultaneously.
    • Lead teams that define technology requirements and drive automation
    • Lead teams that coordinate and deliver across the assurance engagement lifecycle (audits, customer inquiries, direct exams, etc)

The base pay for this position ranges from $141,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $275,300/year in our highest geographic market.
