MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Our Software Support Specialists provide customer support to our growing customer base and best in class software. Our team delivers consultative solutions to both technical and non-technical problems to our clients. We also support product development, documentation, testing and training to our clients. As a member of the Support Team, you will be responsible for software testing, software setup, identifying opportunities, end user support, troubleshooting, building databases and documenting process-help guides to ensure our clients maximize their use and value when utilizing our software. CUSTOMER SUPPORT RESPONSIBILITIES:

Customer Support - Chats, Phone Calls & Emails

• Provide first line technical support to customers - identifying and resolving customer challenges, escalating as required, initiating & resolving support tickets in a timely manner.
• Maintain and improve our excellent customer service and satisfaction.
• First class customer support to resolve more advanced issues when necessary.
• Develop a trusted advisor role with clients to help them work through issues
• Proactively find problems and bring value added suggestions to clients.
• Effectively and proactively manage client expectations by communicating project status, clearly defining what the client needs to provide, providing updates and communicating issues that may delay a project.
• Successfully resolving client issues.

Internal Support: When not helping clients....

• Test software applications and ensure performance is designed as intended.
• Documenting, troubleshooting and problem resolution abilities are required.
• Transition key information to our software development team to ensure continued successful support and software design of our products.
• Assist with development of technical documentation.
• Set up databases for new clients.
• Ability to communicate technical requirements to software developers.
• Provide support and partner with our sales and software developers to enhance our products, increase sales and strengthen our client relationships.

NO NIGHTS: Work 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

NO WEEKENDS: Work Monday - Friday

• Ability to travel to client locations for onsite training and support if necessary (within Ohio)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask is critically important
• Clear, concise and confident communication is a must
• Ability to listen actively and ask relevant questions to accurately identify the problem and provide appropriate solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
