Position: Web Designer

Education: A master s degree from a college or university in social, behavioral, or mental health services. Preference will be given to candidates who have completed a doctoral degree in social, behavioral, or mental health services or a closely related field.

Required Experience:

• Experience in a SharePoint developer role using SharePoint online/O365 or SharePoint on Premise.
• Experience in business systems analyst, implementation and management
• Experience in SharePoint framework building sites
• Experience building SharePoint workflows
• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, multitask, and manage time appropriately.
• Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to be flexible, resourceful, organized and work in a fast paced business environment with special requests.
• Basic knowledge and understanding of SDLC process, performing unit testing, and packaging to deploy from DEV to PROD environments.
• Strong Project Management skills.
• Strong communication and collaborative skills
• Excellent leadership and negotiation skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred KSA s:

• Experience building Nintex workflows.
• Experience working with technical programming teams.
• Take charge, can-do attitude.
• Negotiations, mediation skills
• Facilitation skills
