The Job

We are looking an entry level graduate to join our team. You will work in a fast-paced environment, interacting directly with development teams within the organization. The Responsibilities

• Test, analyze, and address issues with products and features
• Identifies and fixes failing tests
• Identifies, analyzes, troubleshoots, and documents problems with program function, output, or content
• Develop automated tests in existing testing environment
• Identifies gaps in code coverage and writes tests to cover areas of concern
• Duplicate and troubleshoot issues from customer sites

The Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical field
• Strong experience with Python
• Proficient with Linux command line and Linux administration (RedHat, Debian)
• Experience utilizing source code repositories such as Git
• Strong software troubleshooting skills and experience
• Natural team-player who can work seamlessly with engineers across the organization
• Excellent communication skills

Bonus Points

• Master's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related technical field
• Experience with networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DNS)
• Network troubleshooting experience
• Experience with Jenkins, MySQL
• Knowledge of network security, authentication, and authorization
