Web Software Developer, Sr. designs and develops software solutions for websites and mobile applications that engage users and meet business requirements. Supports web administrators and designers through the full development lifecycle and contributes to the development of new site features. Being a Web Software Developer, Sr. develops, implements, and debugs software code. Designs and develops the web infrastructure including back-end database development and the construction of SQL queries via CGI scripting. Additionally, Web Software Developer, Sr. requires knowledge of web technologies and tools such as CSS, JavaScript, HTML, PERL, PHP, Active Server Pages, SQL, and C++. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. The Web Software Developer, Sr. work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. Contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. California Closets Miami is looking for a web / app developer to help in the creation of new software for internal uses. This position will directly report to the Director of Operations but work with all internal teams. IT background is extremely useful for this role. Can be a remote/ in office hybrid position as required by office personal.
Web Developer Skills and Qualifications & Requirements
· Ability to write and edit technical documentation
· Knowledge of modern HTML/CSS
· Creative problem-solving skills
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Hands-on experience with network diagnostics
· Designs, writes, and edits website content.
· Understands UI, cross-browser compatibility, and general web functions and standards.
· Creates solutions for identified problems or bugs.
· Communicates with colleagues, managers, and stakeholders daily.
· Executes assignments with the use of web applications, scripts, and programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and APIs.
· Builds, designs, and maintains all websites and software applications.
· Minimum knowledge of SQL, and PHP preferred
