Providence Staffing’s IT client seeking an innovative and experienced Web Software Developer to join our team, focusing on developing and enhancing SharePoint-based applications. You will play a pivotal role in front-end development, contributing to the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) within our SharePoint environment. This includes crafting client-side and provider-hosted web applications that meet our business needs. By incorporating cutting-edge technologies, design principles, and best practices, you will drive the future development and growth of our SharePoint platform.

Key Responsibilities:

- Front-End Development: Deliver high-quality front-end web development services within SharePoint, enhancing user experience and functionality.

- SDLC Engagement: Engage in all phases of the SDLC, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance, focusing on SharePoint application development.

- Documentation: Create and maintain both technical and user-friendly documentation for all developed solutions.

- Innovation and Growth: Drive innovation by adopting best practices in client-side development, utilizing frameworks, and staying ahead of new technologies and design trends.

- Best Practices: Utilize industry-leading processes to minimize cost, schedule, and performance risks.

- Tool Utilization: Leverage integrated development environments (IDEs), the Microsoft Power Platform, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx) for customizations.

Qualifications:

- Experience: 3 years of web development experience with a strong emphasis on SharePoint application development.

- Technical Proficiency: Expertise in SharePoint's CSOM, JSOM, REST APIs, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, CSS, SharePoint Web Services, AJAX, SPFx, Node.js, and more.

- Advanced Knowledge: Skilled in using XML, XSL, XSLT, CAML within SharePoint.

- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Certifications: Holder of PL-400 Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification.
