JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

Join one of the prominent icons of adult entertainment as a Senior Web Developer, and you will contribute to the evolving growth of multiple digital entities that are part of FMG LLC portfolio.

In this important role, Sr. Web Developer will conceptualize, design and develop websites and other digital assets that are aligned with preset business goals and objectives, accommodating user behavior and customer interests, use mobile and responsive UI/UX best practices, and employ latest standards of web development that are inclusive of SEO best practices. As a Senior Web Developer, you will exercise your prior knowledge and experience working with complex applications and various CMS systems to achieve desired results in a professional and timely manner. In this critical role you will be contributing to furthering the growth of all digital assets and organization’s ebitda.

Senior Web Developer will work autonomously and in some cases as part of a team of internal and external designers and developers to ensure speedy execution of several ongoing digital projects with incorporated recognized branding between multiple lead-generating and e-commerce properties of FMG LLC digital portfolios.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

• Every other Friday Off schedule. Yes, we have a three-day weekend every other week.

Responsibilities

ESSENTIAL DAILY DUTIES AND CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage web development and/or design projects through all phases, starting from gathering user requirements, wireframing, design, testing, training, and implementation. Develop functional and accurate Websites and Web Applications (as required).
• Design and create visual assets for various advertising and marketing campaigns used for online and offline purposes.
• When needed diagnose and resolve programming problems and development issues with websites and web applications.
• Debug and troubleshoot across all popular web browsers and devices.
• Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements as well as translate and interpret such requirements into database designs and/or application prototypes.
• Establish a good rapport, effectively and proactively communicate verbally and in writing with coworkers, supervisors, and 3-rd party partners. Always ensuring a positive and collaborative working environment.
• Maintain proper system documentation, user manuals, test plans, etc. for all information technology systems developed by you.
• Build necessary integrations with various internal and external systems using API.
• Work on multiple projects at the same time by prioritizing tasks and maintaining deliverables schedule. Coordinate work through use of project management tools such as JIRA or alike.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum REQUIRED Qualifications

• 4-6 Years of experience with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify(Plus) CMS’s.
• Web Design & Web Development with HTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, XML, AJAX, PHP, JavaScript, ASP.NET, JSON, React and jQuery
• Developing, testing and maintaining database-driven web applications using PHP and MySQL
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4) event tracking, conversion tracking, revenue tracking, setting up goals, 3-rd party tracking pixels, and other related and important KPIs.
• Experience with implementation of Google Tag Manager.
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals and principles, usage of relevant plugins for website optimization.
• Experience with optimization of Web Core Vitals for WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify(Plus).
• Testing and Quality Assurance of own work.

 ADD. HELPFUL SKILLS

• Understanding of code versioning control tools, such as Gitlab.
• Experience with development of mobile applications.
• Experience with setting up merchant systems and payment processes.
• Experience optimizing mail deliverability and setup of mail servers/delivery system.
• Experience designing and developing assets for traditional channels of advertising and marketing.
• Experience with Apache web server administration in a UNIX or Linux environment. Experience with Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS) is a plus and Windows Server.
