Supports web administrators and designers through the full development lifecycle and contributes to the development of new site features. Being a Web Software Developer, Sr. develops, implements, and debugs software code. Designs and develops the web infrastructure including back-end database development and the construction of SQL queries via CGI scripting. Additionally, Web Software Developer, Sr. requires knowledge of web technologies and tools such as CSS, JavaScript, HTML, PERL, PHP, Active Server Pages, SQL, and C++. Typically requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Typically reports to a project leader or manager. We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help us on various projects including both web and mobile applications. If you are extremely enthusiastic about the industry, love solving complex problems with software tools, and constantly learning new technologies, we may be a fit!
We are a small team, so you'll have the opportunity to work on multiple projects leveraging different technologies. You should have extensive experience and a proven track record in solving web, database, and network engineering problems.
We need someone that has:
- Significant experience with at least one of these server-side languages: PHP, Python, Java, .NET, or similar. We are primarily focused in PHP
- Firm grasp on basic SQL (we're regularly involved with MySQL, PgSQL, MSSQL, Oracle, SQLite, and others)
- Understanding of object-oriented principals and MVC frameworks and structures. (Experience with Laravel, Symfony, Spring, or similar a plus)
- Experience with HTML/CSS (you don't need to be a designer, just have a good understanding of layouts)
- Experience with Javascript; Angular or Vue.js is a plus
- Experience with source control (we're a Git shop, but if you've used Subversion or similar we can get you ramped up quickly).
- Experience with cloud infrastructure is a plus. AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Compute. We primarily use AWS
- Personal skills. Customer is king.
- Self-organization. We generally have a lot of projects going at the same time, you need to be able to manage different projects and tasks on a daily basis.
- Problem-solving skills are key in our organization as is the ability to take a task or project and run with it while working within a team environment.
- Must be a team player. We strive to ensure a fun environment to work in.
Due to the nature of some of our client work, you must be able to submit to and pass a criminal background screening.

Requirements
A firm grasp of Computer Science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem-solving, and complexity analysis
Experience with PHP, Python, C#, Java or similar language, source control, Javascript, object-oriented principals, MVC, SQL (MySQL, Postgres, MSSQL)
Self-organization - We generally have a lot of projects going at the same time, and you need to be able to manage different projects and tasks daily.
Excellent communication skills
Problem-solving skills are key in our organization, as is the ability to take a task or project and run with it while working within a team environment.
