SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the daily activities of manufacturing operations which includes: Sheet Metal, Rolling Steel Door Production and Maintenance Departments. Organization reach includes Manufacturing Engineering, Continuous Improvement, Lean methodology and practices implementation and Quality systems that affect manufacturing operations. This position directly supervises all the manufacturing operations of the business for all shifts.

Education/Experience
The position requires a formal degree, preferably in a related field of study. Prior manufacturing experience required, preferably with several years of leadership experience. Prior experience overseeing Quality a plus. Must be safety minded. Prior experience in metal forming and /or metal bending a plus. Prior ERP system knowledge and LEAN implementation experience required. Experience with financial management tools applicable to the Operations function preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills required. Prior experience in managing multiple shift operations preferred.
