As Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the vision, strategy, and execution of our web/mobile product in the software and gaming industry. With a focus on the B2C market, you will be responsible for driving the success of our product through data-driven decision-making, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and establishing strong partnerships with distribution partners.
Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Roadmap: Lead the development and execution of the product strategy and roadmap. Translate business goals and customer needs into actionable plans that drive growth, user engagement, and customer satisfaction.
Data-Driven Approach: Utilize a fully data-driven approach to product management. Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape to make informed decisions and continually optimize product performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and other teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products. Foster a collaborative and results-oriented culture to drive the product development process efficiently.
B2C Focus: Understand the needs and preferences of the B2C market segment, and use this knowledge to guide product development efforts. Identify opportunities to enhance user experience and customer satisfaction.
Sales and Business Development: Collaborate with the sales and business development teams to align product offerings with market demands. Leverage customer feedback and market insights to identify potential areas for product innovation and differentiation.
Distribution Partnerships: Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners to expand the product's reach and penetration in the market. Work closely with partners to ensure successful product launches and ongoing collaboration.
Product Launches: Plan and execute product launches, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all relevant teams. Monitor and analyze post-launch performance to make necessary adjustments and improvements.
Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use this information to identify opportunities and challenges for the product, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
5-8 years of proven experience in product management for web/mobile products, preferably in the software and gaming industry.
Demonstrated success in leading and executing product roadmaps, from conception to launch, with a focus on B2C markets.
Strong analytical skills and experience in making data-driven decisions.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Experience in working with distribution partners highly desirable.
Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming industry trends is a plus.
