Job Description
We are looking for a Product Manager to build product road map for one of our product
“PRIME” https://primeatlas.com/ This position reports into to the Chief Product Officer,
this position can be based in New Jersey, East Brunswick (USA), or Bangalore India.
Responsibilities
• Develop product roadmap
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, industry trends
and competitive landscape in the healthcare sector.
• Work closely with healthcare providers, payers and other stakeholders to
understand their workflows, pain points and requirement for seamless integration.
• Develop detailed product requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria to
guide the development process.
• Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming and other agile processes to ensure timely
delivery of product features.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies,
product messaging and sales enablement materials.
• Stay up to date with advancements in healthcare technology, regulations and
industry standards to inform product decisions and strategy.
• Participate in pre-sales activities
Requirements
• 5-10 years of experience in product management role working on similar products
such as PRIME.
• Specific knowledge of the healthcare domain, and experience working with EHR
and PDMS systems.
• Deep understanding of healthcare industry dynamics, including regulatory
requirements (No Surprises Act, Interoperability, FHIR standards
• Proficiency in data analysis, emphasizing data-driven decision-making.
• Good comprehensive understanding of software engineering principles.
• Experience working in agile environments and familiarity with agile methodologies
such as scrum or kanban
