Job Summary
The Senior Director of QCC Operations will have responsibility for leading Quality Control Centers operations including dough production, transportation, distribution, maintenance, inventory control, team member relations and P&L accountability to actual results and budgets. This position also maintains a high degree of customer satisfaction through interaction with the support teams (corp & field), vendors and restaurant customer base.
Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, direct and coordinate all QCC Operations including production, distribution and transportation activities throughout the Quality Control Center system.
Establish QCC Operations standards and measures to ensure high quality and low cost processes are in place in support of the company business plan.
Assure compliance of Quality Control Center operations with company policy including safety and quality audit requirements and all Federal, State and local regulations.
Establish the flow of information to evaluate Quality Control Center performance and provide production and distribution with pertinent development/sales information, trends, costs, etc.
Responsible to our customers, the Papa John’s restaurants to assure the Quality Control Centers exceed customer expectations in both production of our fresh dough product and in the distribution of goods on-time and accurately.
Establish and maintain effective work relationships within the department, the Quality Control Center system, Papa John’s International and the community.
Perform those administrative activities necessary for the effective management of the department including provision for the selection and development of team members, pay administration, budget preparation and administration, team member safety, team member counseling and motivation, organizational goals/objectives, and planning, organizing, integrating and measuring the work performed by the operations areas.
